Why don't you tell me what you think the answer is? I've done my homework in nursing school. I can't do yours for you.

I've read in Google that telemetry care is constant monitoring, usually in cardiac care, that intensive care is constant monitoring for only the most life threatening cases, and that telemetry cardiac care is intensive care. I need to know what to call the care I had recently for insurance purposes and their options are intensive care or ordinary care. I'm told by the hospital I had telemetry care - which is it?

Call the hospital and ask for their definition.
