Just wanted to ask if we can able to lift the ban if my brother because of fake passport.in year 2004 he worked in Iraq and upon renewal of his passport his agency decided to renew it in halos behalf.however, with his innocence he allowed it to be renewed an after his contract in Iraq we bought him a transit visa and was found out that it was a fake passport.after that they had taken the eyes scan and he was deported.my question is; is there a chance for my brother to enter UAE? And what will be the procedure to delete him from blocklisted? Can he come back and work again in Dubai?

If he gets a new set of eyes... thats why they scan them... people can fake ID's but not their eyes.

Immigration fraud is the biggest issue, there is no way to undo this.

There is no real way to fix this,
