My fiancé has a inheritance she is suppose to receive when she turns 25 we were wondering if there are any way's that she can receive that now because of the struggles we are having.

No - not unless the person who left the inheritance rises from the dead.
Most of us struggled when we were in our 20s. We weren't expecting any money anytime soon so we kept going, poor as can be. Run down apartments with a lot of roommates, for starters. Never eat out, buy cheapest groceries, no concerts and first run movies and new clothes and stereos and ipads and x boxes and so on. 'hanging out' for free.

Read the will and terms of the inheritance.
It may be possible to borrow against the inheritance, but that will cost you.
