My system hangs terribly.sometimes it takes up to 5minutes to open a page.what could be the problem and how do I go about solving it

Try browser in safe mode (no add ons )
Try dif browser
Try safemode with networking
Still slow
Check systems logs.

Maybe hardware? ISP issue?
