If a business cuts me a check and their bank happens to be where I have Lien on MY account can I still cash it there or of their bank is different can that bank find out about Leon and seize check?

If you don't deposit the check, it can't be seized. However, if you don't have enough in your account to cover the check the bank may require you deposit it until it clears and that may trigger the garnishment.
