Share guardianship with my grandsons aunt. He lives with her and I have him weekends and holidays. We have a court order that states"Childs social security is to be placed in a joint blocked bank account that her and i are to open" its between 3 years since that order and she has not done it. She gets his social security benefits

Why does this really matter? His benefits should go towards his care. Do you think that is not happening?
But you can set up the account the go to SSA and show then the court order and have the benefits direct deposited.

It doesn't go to his care. It helps her care for her 3 kids and unemployed boyfriend. My grandson shares a room, clothes, and toys. I pay his medical insurance and drive 180 miles a week to pick him up and drop him off at school. She refuses to help in transporting him to visits, that's another"order " she chooses to disregard. We agreed the social would be saved and used for his college education

So take her back to court to either change custody agreement or enforce the order you have

Is that what the court order says? So, why have you waited so long before taking her back to court?
