I have been through a very long access case with my ex partner about our daughter were the case ended being thrown out of court as my ex was very drunk and verbally abusive to my barrister.now his two sons who are only related to my daughter as he is there dad want acess rights do they have any legal rights to see her at all and they have not seen her since she was 3 and she is now 9
