Hi,In new 9 months old council property 3 storeys high stench pipe stops at my kitchen and is vented with a dago valve.Its been smelling for months. Definitely the stench pipe fitting.just had new flap valve fitted with new neoprene type seal,still smelling.Anybody any ideas /I will not be paying but I just need to stop smell
