To add to that I have had one child already and died after having her because my uterus was tilted an I lost a lot of blood that was three years ago it took the an hour to get my placenta out did I make a mistake by usen depo as a form of birth control??

I'm assuming you mean that the child died, and not you, otherwise we wouldn't be having this conversation. ;)
When you went on Depo did you tell the doctor your history? When you lost the baby did you go back for a consult when you were supposed to?
Really, this is something that you're going to have to see a doctor about. Testing will have to be done, your entire medical history reviewed, and there's absolutely no way to do any of that online.
I would seek the advice of an expert, a fertility expert. That's up to you.
Good luck.

Are you tracking ovulation properly though body temp and timing sex for those days when you are most fertile?
Have you had a complete exam because of medical history to see if there are any issues?

Now I'm confused again. Did your daughter survive?
she was born a month and half early healthy.

Well that's good news. Have you seen a specialist about the complications you had during your pregnancy and delivery of her? I don't think your issues are because of the depo shot, but because of something else. Sadly, we can't tell you what's going on, you'll really need to see a doctor, a specialist would be best, to find out if you can conceive again.
We can only wish you the best of luck.
