My boyfriend lives with me, none of the bills are in his name, he gets mail here, he helps paying the bills because I count the child suport that I get from him as his half of the bills, we do not pay rent, my parents own the house that we live in. so if we do not pay rent, and have no lease or anything like that, how do I get him out? He says he has 30 days to still live here, and I think he has 30 days to get his stuff, because we don't pay rent. I live in WV, don't know if that makes any difference when dealing with laws.

You or your parents give him 30 days to vacate, in writing. If he's not out by the deadline, then they have to go to court for an eviction order.
