Over the summer I had a birth control that was so low dose that I had a period on and off for two months. SO...

I switched to a higher dose of birth control... and for the last three months it been awesome!

Now I'm on my fourth month and half way through... I've been bleeding for fośr days now. What's frustrating is by the looks of it.. I bleed mostly in the morning and the blood looks "old"by night. But I do feel cramping and all of that.

Here is the contributing factors:
Last week I missed a pill and had to take it twice. Also this month I switched the times of day I take it by 8-12 hours. Due to a new job.
My new job that is physically demanding and since I'm new I'm very stressed out. Ive been there for about a month.

What should I do? Take my birth control all the way through till I get yet another period in a week? Or after I stop bleeding start a new pack?

Missing a pill can start the bleeding.
Stress can cause these issues
Changing the time of day can cause changes.

All of them together can cause changes.

Since they are not 100 percent effective, pregnancy can cause changes

Best advice, talk to the doctor who prescribed them.

Next, just continue taking them as you are suppose to, it will balance out.
