If she had insurance on you... and she's dead.. there is nothing to get by you.

Now if you had died, she would get something.

We have no idea nor can we tell you WHICH insurance company her policy was with. What makes you think she had a policy? You need to go through her papers to see if you can find something. If the policy was on you, then her death doesn't get you anything. However if you were the beneficiary of a life insurance policy, then you may be entitled to something.
