I'm not sure what you mean by "child" in your question. Also there are many "sevens" to be found in the book of Revelation. Do you mean the seven seals? Anyway, the book of Revelation is a "study" in itself. If you are not adept about the entire Bible (Old & New Testaments) then it might be harder to understand the last book. Sort of like seeing the end of a movie only. Even so, I think wanting to know about Revelation has its purpose.
There are books written by Pastors/Priests/ and or Theologians on the analysis of Revelation. Just make sure you trust the writers whose books you read of course.

I believe one has to keep the ORIGINAL meaning of what the Spirit of the Lord (which is Christ) revealed to the apostle John.
I noticed you also post in the 'Hindu' category & all I can say is that, as a Christian, I don't believe you can combine the principles or private mystical experiences of an eastern religion like Hinduism with the teachings in the Christian Bible.

Once the 'SEALS' are broken, God's wrath begins(this is end-time prophecy) Now, if you have accepted Jesus as your savior, you have nothing to be worried about!
From the best of my knowledge on the subject- the 144,000 sealed are the Old Testament saints. The ones who were to be judged on WHO they had at the time (before Christ) They were righteous in GOD'S eyes- and go to heaven. Also, the Two Witnessess are also Old Testament Prophets that will prophesy to unbelievers at the "eleventh hour" to try to convert some souls to the Lord. However, there will be much more persecution to being a Christian on earth at that time.

That being said, I repeat what the Pastor said right after 9/11 attacks:
Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near.(Isaiah 55:6)

Remarks in revelation verymuch matching to the ancient religious principles from the east which appeared before christianity. So on that level a question like this is possible from the people in this region . GOD BLESS YOU-
