Hello, I'm Reja from Bangladesh. I'm 29 years old. I've skinny arms & legs but huge mid section. I'm doing exercises for one year lifting heavy weights. I got good shape for my chest, back and shoulders. Also my abdominal fat are reducing well. But the main problem is with my arms and legs. Specially with my arms. Why are they too skinny? I don't have any biceps or triceps considering to other normal people. By surfing internet I became sure that I'm a genetic freak! I'm actually skinny fat! I believe you already heard about skinny fat guys. So, is there any solution of the fact? Here I'm briefing my daily workout for your convenience. I do workout 6 days a week excluding Friday with 10 sets of 12 reps for 30 minutes. Before starting workout I do jogging and abs workout for about 20 minutes. I eat a lot. I want to know that is there any hormonal steroids or any kind of surgery available to solve my problem? My father's family consist of this type of genetics but my mother's family belongs just opposite of that. She and her whole family have huge body with huge arms and legs. So, I believe I also have some of my mother's genetic but it's not activated. So, my belief is that any kind of surgery or steroid hormone could help me to activate my mother's genetic. I really don't know about it well. I just need help.

There is no surgery. Steroids might help, but the dangers of steroids would stop me from using them if I were you. Sometimes we just live with what genetics gave up. Be sure to lift a barbell with both hands over your head and behind it as far as you can go to develop your triceps. Eat a healthy diet with enough protein without overdoing it.

Thanks joypulv for the ans. So, it's done. I have to live with the curse which I never chose. That's why I despise GOD. The real evil calls himself generous & discreet!! What a joke!
