I'm 19 and I'm scared because I have 3 white pimples on my penis 2 side by side and one on the side plus I have had unproductive sex in the past and I've had discharge but I didn't have no std and I've been treated for the discharge plus the white pimples don't hurt or itch at all

I have 3white pimples on my penis 2 side by side and 1 on the bacc side my doctor prescribed me podofilox because they say it might be genital wartswarts but I used that and they didn't go away or get Any bigger they don't itch or hurt I'm wondering what are they and I did have unprotected sex in the past and I have had discharge but was treated for it I don't know I need help
