Last period was 12/10/12. Positive urine.on 1/7/13 and.blood levels were 45. Started spotting.here and there on 1/8/13 so went.to.er blood levels on 1/9/13 were 95. Spotted a bit more and then stopped and had just brownish discharge went.to on on 1/14/13 and they couldn't see anything on the ultrasound and.blood level.was 22.70. Dr said most likely a miscarriage but.I feel.pregnant and I.have not.bled since before that and when I did.it was.very very little. How can I be.miscarrying without bleeding. Took hot on 1/15/13 it was.positive so.I.took another one today it was faint.but.still positive. Could.I.still be.pregnant or is there just still horomones that haven't left my body.yet... very upset and.worried

Could be either, and I have seen ultrasounds be totally wrong early. My own wife was told she was not pregnant, well we have a son to prove them wrong. They even said she needed a D/C at the time but she felt they were wrong.
