How much does it cost to have a felony expunged?

First some areas don't allow felonies to be expunged.

Next in some areas some crimes can't be expunged.

Also in most areas how long has it been, the number of years vary up to 7 or 8 years in some places.

Normally you want an attorney, to represent you in court, so 5000 most likely to start..

But banks can refuse to give an account for many reasons. What type of crime was it ?
