My master shower no longer has hot water nor pressure when the shower handle is turned to hot. All other sinks/showers in the rest of the house, including the master bath, have plenty of hot and cold water and pressure. Here is the history. Yesterday, the pipes froze in our master bath. This affected the shower and two sinks. Coincidentally, I had a plumber in house unclogging our kitchen sink on the main floor. He had to do a power flush on it to get it unclogged. While he was working on that, I was able to generate enough heat in the master bath area to unthaw the pipes. All water started flowing again as normal. I didn't notice the shower hot water/pressure issue until that evening. Is it related to the frozen pipes or the kitchen drain flush or is this purely coincidental? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
