Do you have the corporate office of Glacier Bay? I bought a shower faucet that is missing a part. I got another thinking that the one I have was just incomplete but found out that that screw to attach the handle to the shower, is not really in the package. The missing screw was in the illustration on how to install it. Would appreciate to hear from anyone.Thanks.. Ellen

They are usually in the handle itself. You put the handle on and tighten a setscrew.

Yep, agree with ma, the screw is not loose its already partially in the handle.
