Hi, I'm feeling upper stomach pain and soreness ,sharp pain at times and gassy and burping and I feel like there's something stuck in my throat. I tried taking tums thinking it could be acid reflex but no luck those feeling are still there. It started late last night and then today again around 6 om.. I'm getting worried is giving me anxiety.. Please help me out . What could it be... my stomach feels sore as though I'm still hungry .Feels like empty stomach even though I just ate... And I just got my period this morning... do you think maybe my period has something to do with it? This is has never happened to me and very worries it could be serious.My aunt passed away from colon cancer.. in the beginning she was getting acid reflex at least that's what she was told and month later they found out it was stomach cancer.I'm only 27, is it possible to have cancer... Please put me at ease... hopefully its nothing... be honest though

The best thing you can do for yourself is go to your doctor and explain your symptoms to your doctor, leaving out nothing. We don't have doctors to 'chat' with and no one, absolutely no one, can diagnose on the internet.
