Roman numerals?
MIT
OXFORD
IIT
CIT
HARVARD
Etc
Or maybe 'profound institute' isn't a school. Or maybe it has nothing to do with the sentence meaning, just word and letter arrangement...

jaini123
Jan 12, 2013, 09:16 AM
Don know they have given just this question... no I'm not from any of these

joypulv
Jan 12, 2013, 09:25 AM
don know they have given just this question ... no i m not from any of these

Why would your school have anything to do with it? It wouldn't be a puzzle then...
Please don't keep saying you don't know. This is your problem and if you want help, you have to help too, with some ideas, or responses to ideas!

jaini123
Jan 12, 2013, 09:28 AM

jaini123
Jan 12, 2013, 09:29 AM

That's another clue. What else did you forget to tell us?

ebaines

Here's a wild guess - perhaps the clue is a mnemonic, so the initial letters of each word:

APIKFIPC

Are shorthand for something. If this has to do with computers then perhaps "API" is a clue - it's a type of executable - and "IPC" could be IP config? Just some thoughts...

Jan 14, 2013, 09:21 AM
Something else you didn't tell us from the start - you are playing a GAME with levels.
Good grief! This could have been fun if you weren't so close mouthed.
Now you are claiming it's a 'clue' not a 'number' you need.
WHICH IS IT? WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE GAME?

jaini123
Jan 14, 2013, 10:04 AM
Nothing I'm hiding... treasure hunt

ebaines
Jan 14, 2013, 10:05 AM
I still have a hunch that the answer is "IP address." IP adreses are managed by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers," or ICANN.

Really... Joy is right. You've turned this into a headache by making your questions and comments so basic that we have had to try to pull out of you what you're looking for. Now it's not a number... come on.

What is the site that this is on?

jaini123
Jan 14, 2013, 10:08 AM

What level are you on? A low level answer would probably have something to do with Pondicherry Engineering College. Have you tried the name, PEC, etc?
At least tell us if you have tried the obvious!
