Looking for the title of a movie that was a WWII assassination attempt in Germany on like a high ranking General, but it all went bad and I remember the ending where they tracked down the last of the conspirators (2 guys) to a basement and to get them out they bean flooding it. So they killed themselves rather than be taken. I think it was made late 70's or early 80's.
