Is there a trick to feel the erogenous zones of your skin.

Cause I don't feel nothing. Sometimes I do a little but then once I've touched a little bit, it seems my body gets used to it so it no longer feels it.

If you don't know what erogenous zones are,
It's neck, chest, thighs, feet , arms etc. Basically many parts of your skin are erogenous zones.

I'm reading about it . But I don't feel nothing.
Why?

Do only women feel when they touch their skin? Men don't feel nothing?

I know like for example if someone else tickels me in the neck I feel it and can't stop laughing
BUT even when I try to tickle myself in the neck it doesn't work.

I'm male in my 30s.

Anyway I just wanted to try touching my skin , neck , etc as an alternative to masturbation but nothings working.

And even then... if someone else does it... everyone isn't ticklish at all, and even those that are.. vary from only a tiny bit, to extremely sensitive to it.
