I have a question about marriage laws in Indana and surrounding states. If you are under 18, and are pregnant, can you get married without your parents consent? And, if you are 16-17, can you marry a 20 year old?

You can marry, but you must have your parents consent. But make sure that is what you really want before you go through with the marriage. I was pregnant and married at 16 and I was divorced at 18. Don't think it can't happen to you!

Marriage is a lifelong commitment to each other and when you are a teen it is really hard to think past now.

Good luck in what ever choice you make and God Loves You!

Congrats on the baby!

Sorry but you will need your parents or legal guardians consent.

Also note, the age of consent is 16, so if you happened to be 15 when you got pregnant that can be a issue for the over 18 person. ( not saying it was, just depends on how 16-17 you are and how many months pregnant you are.

If the parents want you to wait, sometimes it can be for the best, if you love each other, he can wait and so can you.
