Have you seen your doctor?

There's no way to give a diagnosis online. If you're experiencing pain, and health issues, the best person to talk to is your doctor.

Good luck.

Don't you have a clue what could be wrong with me? My doctors are very lazy every time I go they throw pills at me without checking my bloods or anything I'm frightened I might be pregnant

There are literally 100's of possibilities to the symptoms you described. Do you want a list of all of them? They won't do you any good. Without blood work, and other tests, everything I list is just a guess.

If your doctor is inept, get a new doctor. You have that option.

No one, not even a doctor, can diagnose online.

If you think you're pregnant, take a pregnancy test using first morning urine.

This is something you have to be proactive about. This is your health. I can only tell you that you won't find any definite answers online.
