You will have to provide more information into your situation.

What were the circumstances into why you lost your rights?

Plus if this has just happened, what has your attorney said about filing an appeal within proper time.

But without details there is nothing we can say

Yeah my lawyer wasn't at all helpful with anything he wasn't even there for the postpermenancy placement hearing he went on vacation and had another lawyer stand in for him. Anyway the whole thing was, is, and has been nothing but a big fiasco/mess.

Did you bother reading all your responses. You are asking us to help you get out of a "big fiasco/mess" without giving us any details. It is extremely rare that a court will terminate parental rights, especially when one is represented by counsel. Which indicates the court had good reason to do so. Without knowing whether you are the mother or father, the reason for the TPR, the age of the child, where the child is now, where you live (general area), what about the other parent and more, we can't begin to advise.

I can note that it is not unusual for a law firm to send another attorney from the firm to a hearing.

I removed your posts with all those documents. We are not your attorneys and putting all that personal info on the WEB is not good idea. You need to summaraize the situation rather than post personal documents.

I will say that one of the documents appear to be a mental health evaluation that was very unfavorable and cites significant substance abuse and mental instability.
