My two *step* kids were abducted and abused and neglected for a full year and taken across the border to the states and it took us a full year to find them and get them back.. the legal way.. but more stuff came up with the biological mother.. she was thrown on a 10 yr sex offenders list in the states and in prison for a year then deported back to canada... is it possible to get her put on the Canadian sex offenders list? I was talking with a police officer but then I lost all the info when we had moved and they don't have any records of them putting any paperwork through for it.

I find this post extremely odd in light of this most recent about sex offender list and abduction, neglect and abuse of children. One time you are concerned about sexual positions and enjoyment, and the next you are talking about abuse of children.

As for the sex offender list in Canada, that is province by province and all police forces are extremely alert regarding crimes against children, so I can't believe they don't have any paperwork of a complaint laid with them.

If this woman was put on a l0 year sex offender list and deported, then she would automatically be on a sex offender list where she lives.

And in this post you are a step mother with a husband; in the other post you mention multiple sex partners - or at least suggest that they are current. I suppose you could be talking about past men or you have an open marriage, but I agree that this is an odd mix of concerns.

Note that she puts "step" in quotes. That suggests that she isn't actually married to their father so that they would not, technically, be her step children.

I am a 24 yr old. I have had this problem all my life, I have been with their father for 2 years. And now I'm being judged on two different problems in my life? Fyi since it seems like a concern to this matter... no its not an open relationship. And AK lawyer.. you are right. We aren't maried. But the states and canadian law are different. Its not just automatically put on our list when she got deported back here.. which would have made it easier if it worked that way. If she was employed at a business and they ran a criminal check against her none of what happened in the states would show up on her record.

You didn't say in your original post you were Canadian. It was confusing, but still, why did you wait so long to come back on and reply?

So what is going on with you, this is not clear. We asked questions, you are not being judged; there are pieces missing, so we asked questions to get answers and a clear picture.

It is like I said before, one minute you are talking sexual fantasies and the next you are talking about children being abused, physically and mentally. So if you don't have anything constructive to say about either, why bother explaining.

Go on board with the police in the province you are living in, and start asking questions.

I do not understand why it is important for people to know if I have an open relationship and why they have to comment on both situations here. Its two separate questions. I'm not the only one in the world with two completely opposite problems. I wrote here that she was deported *back* to Canada. Sorry if I did not make it clear that's where we are from. I have been busy and have not had the chance to come right back on and reply.. . so what are the questions?

I don't have any questions for you. If you have a problem with this person then go to the police in your jurisdiction and put your claims against her on the table.

I was wondering a bit about your personal life because we never hear the other side of the story, in this case what reasons the bio mother had. I apologize for sounding like I was judging.
