I have been sentenced to 12 days in the county jail. That was in May 2012. I have been turned away every month including May, because they are full. I wrote the judge and he is giving me one day for every time the jail turns me away. Now, January 2013, turned away again, I asked how many days I have left to serve. The bookin department says 10!! NO WAY!! I should only have 4 ( one time was do to medical issues). I have been told after the third time, I should have time served, is this true? I live in Bellevue,Ohio 44811.

If medical issue, they were not "full" and that would not count as time served, if the judge specificly said that.

Next most likely the days turned away before judge said that do not count either, just times turned away after he said that.

You would need to address that with the judge.
