I'm 21 years old, three months ago a lump started forming on my right testicle. Its on the inside, its hard, and gotten to the size of a Blueberry. Coughing and sneezing causes extreme pain. I have every symptom of Sickle-Cell Anemia, when I walk outside I start shivering within 30 seconds and my nipples become hard. It feels as if I might go into shock. I wake up in the morning extremely pail. I also get severe back pain. It started on my lower back, on my spine, it has since moved up to my shoulder blades. Every time, the pain becomes worse, and it moves up higher on my back. I get several headaches a day. Put the palms of your hands up to your temples, then push until you feel pressure. I often experience a slight burning sensation when I urinate. I've had problems with urination my entire life. Lately I've had extreme headaches, tingling sensation on my head and limbs, I get light-headed when I stand-up or lay down. I've also noticed a loss in hand-eye coordination, concentration, and focus. I've had an extreme craving for cold water over the last 3 months. My body has a hard time processing anything thick. My breath often has the oder of iron. Every time I drink alcohol, I throw up after a few drinks, before I could drink as much as possible with no problem. I bruise very easily. I have dark black/blue spots all over my body that look like small brusies. I don't have insurance, nor can I afford a checkup or treatment. I don't know what to do..

Go to your nearest emergency room. You shouldn't wait any longer.

The ER visit will ensure that you are checked by a doctor without health insurance.

So a funeral will be cheaper ?

You go to the doctor or to the ER where they have to see you regardless of ability to pay
