My husband married someone else right after he filed divorce papers against me. This other woman knew he was/ still is married to me can I have both of them prosecuted?

In theory, yes.

However in a day and age in which adultery, fornication (i.e.: "just living together") and same-sex "marriage" are getting more and more common, most prosecutors will probably decide that judicial resources can be better used for more important crimes.

If he had married without filing for divorce or kept the marriage a secret, I can see a prosecutor wanting to take action. But not under these circumstances. And she didn't do anything criminal unless she was already married.

The worst that might happen is their marriage is declared invalid and they have to go through another ceremony.

They may go after the husband. Since he was already married, and most likely offer him a very easy plea deal.

His new marriage is not valid, and could be latter contested if there was legal issues.

But honestly that is his issue and trouble, my personal advice move on, and stop worry about what he is doing
