During a session my cheeks were pulled apart very hard. Today it is ripped to the pink, bleeding, kind of a ring in the injured crack area. What should I take for pain, suggestions on how to make it more comfortable(hurts to bend down, lift leg, and sit), and what to put on it so it will not get infected? Thank you

A 'session?' Of what?
Take nice warm baths as often as you can, with some oil in the water.
Buy some antiseptic baby wipes. Pat dry gently. Wear loose clothing. Try not to sit too much.
If it doesn't heal, see a doctor.
