I'm taking care of a 4 week old abandoned pup. He's eating. But he has a slimey poo, is it something I should worry about? And when should I start letting him outside and what else should I look into?

What are you feeding him at this point?

As to letting out. Would not suggest it due to his young age, you will have to wait 2 more weeks, depending on his health.

A vet check up should be done.

Did you not read the answer on your previous post? SOY MILK IS NOT WHAT YOU GIVE A PUPPY.
You need puppy formula. Go back and read tickle's post on your last question.

I'm waiting for my mother to come home so I can buy formula, I just wanted to know if the slime is something I should worry about right now?

4 week old puppy doesn't need formula. They need to be started on kibbled puppy food.

You need to speak to your vet about proper vaccine protocol and a series of de-worming. The puppy shouldn't be allowed outside until the vaccines have been started.

The puppy has slimy poo probably because you're feeding it soy milk. Soy milk and cows milk will more than likely give any dog diarrhea. Goats milk is good to use if you decide to go natural. But like I said.. a 4wk old puppy doesn't need milk anymore.. it needs puppy food.

I have to add to Lucky's post because I've read some of the OP's other posts, and she's not at all knowledgeable about dogs, so we do need to be very specific with this poster.

Yes, a 4 week old puppy can be started on puppy food. I would still feed at least one feeding with puppy formula. But, when you feed the puppy food it must be moistened. You can moisten it with warm water, or warm puppy formula. The puppy formula is probably better to use in the beginning. Pour the water or formula on the food (enough to just cover it) and then let it sit until it's softened. Mush it up a bit with a fork, and then serve.

A puppy of this age cannot yet handle just dry kibble. The food needs to be made soft for at least the next 2-4 weeks.
