We had a power outage, and, after power was restored, my blower motor was running constantly. I replaced the controller board, still same. I checked all limit switches I could find, and all were closed, opening did nothing to keep the blower from running. I checked the safety fusible link, from the hot box sensor, which was closed, and the FL is good. The electronic ignitor is not coming on. The thermostat was bypassed and same action. At a loss for what else could be bad...
Still a bad board, after replacing?

I have a Payne/Carrier HH84AA011 furnace... sorry didn't mention before. Little hard to diagnose without that!

What is the LED light flashing on the control board? Is this an upflow or downflow furnace? If this is a downflow furnace (main blower assembly located on top side of furnace) Im betting you missed a reset-able aux limit. Many time very hard to see, let alone get to to reset. Let me know and I will try my best to help out.
