My boyfriend and I had sex on Dec.13th twice, according to my ovulation calendar I ovulate Dec.18th - Dec.23rd, we also had sex twice during ovulation Dec.19th and Dec.20th... is there a good chance that I could be pregnant?

Yes, there's a very good chance.

Just out of curiosity, how did you determine your ovulation dates? The only sure way is to take your basal temperature for 6 months, determine ovulation that way. A phone app or online app isn't accurate. Just fyi.

I have been logging my cycles on an app on my phone for the past 8 months, I've also put my last 3 cycle dates in on a few websites to calculate my ovulation days like webmd.com, babycenter.com, americanpregnancy.com and a few others and they've all have the same info or were off by a day. But I really appreciative you responding.

Those apps are worthless. I realize many people use them, and believe they're accurate because they're phone apps and online, so how could they not be? But really, those apps are a best guess, and not worth the time and trouble they take to access them.

If you want to know when you're ovulating you'll have to take your basal temp for at least 6 months, and track it, or use an ovulation kit. Anything online, or an app, is not accurate at all, no matter how long you use it.

Good luck.

Can you be pregnant, yes of course, you had a lot of unprotected sex.

The phone apps are silly jokes, and have no real bearing on when you actually ovulated

My boyfriend and I are Trying to conceive so we've had unprotected sex Dec.13th twice, Dec.19th, Dec.20th and Dec.23rd during that time according to an ovulation calender I ovulate Dec.18th-Dec.23rd but I understand that those calendars could be wrong. I am expecting my period on Jan.5th which is in 11 days, but I have been having some cramping (mild) which when it comes to my period the cramping doesn't start until 2-3 days before and I seem to get tired fast like after washing a few dishes. What could this mean? I'm hoping that I'm pregnant but I haven't had any other pregnancy symptoms.

Cramps can mean many things, pregnancy is merely one small reason. Many women have no signs at all till a missed period.

You will have to wait till you miss the Jan 5th period and then wait 10 to 14 days to do a test. Just no way to know at this point.

Pregnancy symptoms can be attributed to many different things. It could be the flu, food poisoning, PMS, a tummy bug, stress, etc. etc.

In other words, we can't tell you what this means. Your period isn't yet due. Wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, and then test with first morning urine. If it's negative then wait until your next period is due. If you miss it, test again, or see your doctor for a more accurate blood test. Those two options are really the only way to determine pregnancy. Symptoms mean nothing, since they can be attributed to so many other things.

Good luck.
