How can I get any medical treatment at all when I have an extreme case of needle phobia and can't even get a blood test done?

Get treatment for your phobia.
You can get over the phobia, partly by watching others, discussing what it means, and the desire to get blood work done, probably the single best overall indicator of your condition.
There are baby needles (I think they are called butterfly needles, because there are wings on the sides) that are extremely tiny. I've had them myself when a vein couldn't be found. If not good in the inside elbow, they often use the back of the hand. It's so small you don't feel it. There is no syringe, but a very thin tube, to hold the blood.
OR
You could find a traditional Chinese doctor, who looks at your tongue, eyes, fingers and nails, skin, smell, and all over your body, on the outside, to tell a lot about you.

There is no treatment for my phobia that works in any way, my mind is to strong and very sensitive to the most slightest things. Most people wouldn't feel those tiny needles like you said but unfortunately I would, I even feel mosquitos when they land on me and try to stick me. They say it suppose to be painless and you'd never know they are there but I do. I don't know what condition I have but I feel everything. Was thinking about saying the hell with it all and shoot myself in the head and get it over with, was just hoping there be another way.

Then it sounds like your 'phobia' has a genuine physical basis in super sensitive skin, which you may have been born with just because of genetics. Thin skin with many nerves very close to the epidermis. Very understandable that you fear needles. Find a good Chinese doctor; they are all over the world.

Work with a doctor that can sedate you slightly or moderately to allow you to have blood drawn.
And of course, sorry but just understand it is going to hurt ( or at least you feel it does) and take the pain. There are times things have to be done and one has to just do it. I have had stitches in the field, with no pain killers but it was better than bleeding to death.

I only have one mild phobia - getting caught in tight clothes while taking them off or putting them on over my head. I go nuts. I 'know' mentally that I can get out eventually or rip them to shreds but I go off the deep end anyway.
I also have been hit with extreme anxiety on rare occasions and in odd places that don't usually bother me, but at least I understand what it feels like. No rational thought helps at the time.

Thank you for your input, seriously. A chinese doctor would be great but that can never happen, I'm not rich, wealthy, or even well off. I'm dam near homeless. I make barely enough to get by and sometimes a few extra dollars if I'm lucky. When this economy went to hell I went with it like thousands of others. I still have yet to recover and get back on my feet. These jobs out here in vegas are mostly shadow jobs. (jobs placed out there and even announced to the public to make them look good but they don't really hire anyone) Even he ones that are hiring and you do get a job, it's hardly enough to live off. To go beyond where I work now or even take too much time off... your looking being homeless pretty quick. Don't get me wrong, been there done that, it's hard as hell being homeless and getting back to just having a job it one of the difficult things I've ever done. When you have nothing in your life other than suffering going on.. yea I look at putting an end to it all, but even that's hard to do. No money means hardly any resources put being so extremely sensitive to practically everything makes it that much more difficult. I wish I have an easy way out.. nothings ever easy though. Doctors always tell me they can't use gas or some tell me the only gas they will use is laughing gas. (no it doesn't work on me) Wish the hell it did though, I could use a nice laugh. Tear gas works, that I remember from a long time ago in a crowed that was being broken up be cops. I wish there was like a pill they could give that would just knock me out fully so they could do what I need done. Well... anyway besides rambling on out everything, thank you for your insight. It is appreciated.

What job do you have now? Do you want to talk about your medical symptoms?
