The other morning I woke up with stiffness in my neck and my neck felt tight to the touch. As the day went on I noticed that it got worse and my head felt real heavy. I took some over the counter headache meds and later that night when I got home, I started dinner and noticed that when I turned my head from the stove to the table my vision would blend. I shrugged it off and later when walking I could not hardly walk or stand without feeling drunk, but I don't drink. I could not walk straight and had to sit down, but sitting down did not help. I laid down and as long as I kept my head still and only looked at one thing I was fine. When I would turn my head my vision would once again blend. I then noticed that my speech was not right and my mom said that I was talking really slow and odd. Then I started smelling old motor oil and then that went away, but the rest of the night I could not turn my head or sit up for feeling dizzy and my vision would once again blend everything together. I have thyroid disease and I am on meds. I also take vitamins. I also bruise so easy. I can hold hands with my husband and sometimes I have blood marks on the top of my hand where his fingers were. Please help me understand what is going on and please explain if you can what happened to me the other night...
