Hi my name is julia. I am an F1 student from Bulgaria (since February 1st 2007). Before that I had a B2 visa. I received a W2 form in January 2007. My questions are which forms do I have to file ? How can I get a refund ? Thank you

You must file as a non-resident alien. The best form is probably Form 1040NR-EZ, unless you had moving expenses, in which case Form 1040NR is needed.
