For the last 5 or 6 days I've been suffering from Sore throat, coughing, body pains, running nose, mucus expelling from my chest [mix of white and slightly dark color}, also fatigue

I've been taking various OTC meds like Nyquil, cough and cold pills, Hot teas with lemon and pure honey also using Tiger balm to rub on my chest when I sleep.

I am a singer and because I sing 6 nights a week, my throat is really sore and I feel as if I sound like Louis Armstrong {{Very raspy voice}. What can I do now?

I'm not a singer or a doctor, but my advice is to take a break from singing to give your vocal chords a rest. Pushing it doesn't help them, and you could mess up your voice permanently.

Sounds like you have the flu. You need a lot of rest, a lot of fluids, a trip to the doctor and to stop singing AT ALL until you are well. Don't talk either. If you push yourself through this it will not pay - you could end up with bronchitis (trust me, it last seemingly forever) or even pneumonia and could also mess up your vocal chords permanently as the other responder said already.

You should really see a doctor too to make sure you do not already have pneumonia. Not something to mess around with. And given that it could be something like strep, they may be able to give you antibiotics. If you need antibiotics, this may not get any better until you get them, so get to the doctor right away.
