I had my mirena placed 2 years ago and ever since my arthritis pain has become unbearable in my lower back, I'm also tired all the time.. I haven't got a normal period in months and when I do bleed a little bit its always after a horrible stabbing pain in mystomach.. I woke up yesterday and my lower stomach looks like I'm 4 months pregnant. Blood test came back negative but I only had sex 14 days ago.. ive never ever been bloated in my life and I'm 28 years old and have 2 kids.. could I be pregnant, or what else could be causing my symptoms

It could be the mirena after all it is a hormone. Mine fell out! After all it's a 'foreign object releasing hormones into your body' ( sounds like a baby). One way to find out have it taken out give your body a couple of months rest from any hormonal contraceptive i.e. use condoms or abstinence and see if your symptoms improve or disappear and then try something different what suits your body.
