:( :( :( :( :( :( I am 12 and I weigh 198.5 lbs I am trying how to lose 79 Lbs because I want to be skinnier so does anyone know how to help me! PLEASE

Exercise is the most important. Start walking, jogging, biking, just move! Weight and aerobic type exercise will help, look on line there are a lot of sites that will show you exactly how to do these. Next is look at what your eating and how much, you need to eat good healthy foods, not junk food, or fast foods, you need to cut out things like chips, candy, sodas and replace them with fruits and veggies and lean meats. Drink lots of water or 100% fruit juice, you need to watch your sugar intake. And Keep trying work really hard and change what your doing now and just eat healthier! You know what's not healthy!;)
