House is less then 12 months old. All of a sudden the shower water pressure of my ensuite bathroom has dropped & water takes a while to go warm when first turned on, it will then go cold again after a few minutes of showering. Have also noticed an odour from the toilet In the ensuite also. The shower & toilet in the main bathroom is fine. The shower head is a posh, with an instantaneous hot water unit.
