My daughters mother recently contacted me and ,with a good pitch, ask me to sign over my rights her husband is in the army and has been for a while if he were able to adopt ,brianna would get all the gi bill benefits college medical, compensation if something happened to him,etc that all sounds good and I want to to what's best for my daughter however the last time I saw her was about 3 years ago,2 yrs. Ago they were under orders to go to Alaska imet her husband to sign brianna passport and authorize the move brianna was suppose to be with him and stay with me a few days but... I have since tried to contact them and have been unsuccessful just this week tammy ,the mother, called and pitched this whole thing then told me they were still in Georgia that upset me I could have be to see brianna some so thers a picture of my distrust I love my little girl and want to be in her life but I want what's best for her and I fear if I do as they have asked ill never see or hear from them again can you sign over rights with stipulations such as contact and visitation that are recognized by courts I rely on the mothers word or promises
