My fiancé and I have a joint accountthat my pay check gets direct deposited into. We pay hischild support and some arrears every monh and ahead of schedule but they have now frozen our account!! Since my name is on the account and it is my check being direct deposited into the account, isn't that illegal for them to seize my assests since I don't owe her child support?
