It can take as long as three or four years to get pregnant. Have you both been checked by a doctor as to fertility? Especially your husband (easy to check)?

First, you need to show some patience. This is not a chat site where there are immediate answers. People post questions and wait for an answer. It can often take a few hours sometimes days to get answers.

And you also need to show patience in trying to conceive. Trying for a few months, is not a lot of time.

If you have been trying for more than 6 months, then you may want to take some further measures.

Are you tracking ovulation? You should be taking your temperature daily as well as monitoring other bodily changes (see Predicting ovulation — tracking your fertility cycles (http://www.womentowomen.com/sexualityandfertility/predictingovulation.aspx)). This site 8 Ways to Boost Your Fertility (http://www.webmd.com/baby/guide/8-ways-to-boost-your-fertility) also has some tips for naturally increasing your fertility.

If you get to the year point and you still haven't conceived then you need to consult your OB/Gyn. They can test your fertility as well as your husband's to see if there is a medical issue that might be preventing pregnancy.
