Why is my computer taking a bit long to load programs for first time after booting up? This has occurred after I formatted and reinstalled windows 7. I have carried out disk clean up; disk defragmenter; registry cleaner with c cleaner;antivirus checks. I have a dell laptop 467Gb harddisk; with 431 Gb free space; i3 cpu; 4 Gb ram; 2Gb graphics card - intel 3000. When I start programs for first time they take long to start up. When I close and reopen they start immediately. Could it be a missing driver?
