All the formulas are in a separate attachment.

I've tried solving this question using the Radical G x M / r formula but I get nowhere with it.

You are using the right formula! However, "Radical G x M / r" gives you the speed, not the acceleration. You have to look up the definition of radial acceleration and then calculate it directly from the formula.
