We live in Texas his father and I went to court in Aug 2011. When I moved to Houston from Austin since I moved to Houston the court thought he should stay with father because a change like the move may be to.much the court said so we have joint custody.we are suppose to meet half way brenham tx at walmart ever 1st third and fifth Fri of month he went only once and never again he also moved residence won't tell me where and won't answer my calls.I got informed to make journal of every time I go to pick up spot get a receipt and record parking lot I have dine this all this year to prove I've been waiting for my child then I send a certified letter stating I was there and when I will return and I also send regular mail as well to last know address.a cps worker called and stated he was under investigation but would not tell me about my son.please help I am not sure how my son is he is only 10.please let me know what I can do to try to get custody.I heard he is staying with fathers girlfriend cause his dad is working in Dallas and he got caught with knife at school.

You should be in court already. Why haven't you been back? First off if he is required by court order to meet you and doesn't appear then he is in violation of a court order. If he is hiding his whereabouts and concealing the child then that is called kidnapping. Why are you being so passive about all of this?

On as he moved, you should gone back to court and have him cited for contempt and have the court issue a warrant for parental kidnapping. If you haven't done that then do it NOW!
