Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for almost a year now but with no luck and just negative pregnancy home test! I have an irregular menstrual cycle and because of this I can't determine when or if I ovulate! For this year (11 months) I have had 3 menstrual cycles and it starting to get me frustrated as I am 60 days late from my last period, I have done a home pregnancy test but the results were negative! Please please is there anything I can use to get my menstrual cycle functioning normal and at the same time speed up the fertility process? Me and hubby would love to start our little family ASAP! Any help please!
