Can u use rub on decals on coffee mugs and still was in dishwasher?

Not if you want the decals to stay on.

No, that won't work at all.

Even if you wash them by hand they'll rub off.

If you want a decorated mug try a stencil and paint that's dishwasher safe. Etching is also a good idea. :)
