I am due to move into my apartment in three weeks. I have been looking for a condo for the last three months and was not able to find anything in time so I signed a new lease. A condo that I put a bid awhile on is now willing to negotiate to my price. I am wondering if I can break my lease without a huge penalty or consequences to buy this condo. I haven't even moved in yet but I did sign all the paperwork.

No, you are basically bound by the terms of the lease if you signed and paid on it.

So what ever the lease says is the terms to break the lease is what you are obligated to.

You can, of course, go to the landlord and offer a buyout. Or you may be able to sublet. Depending on the rental market, if you can find someone to take your place the landlord may let you off the hook.
